Image copyright remains the property of the photographer unless otehrwise agreed.
All images may be used only with permission and must be credited (section 77. Copyright Act. 1988).
Images are licensed only for the purposes for which they were produced. Permission must be obtained for other uses.
Permission to reproduce is conditional on payment of outstanding invoices, strictly wihtin 28 days.
Cancellation charges will be applied (100 per cent of agreed amount) where cancellation takes places within five working days of the date agreed for works to be carried out.
Work supplied by Arantxa Alcubierre cannot be rejected on the basis of the content of images supplied.
Moral rights asserted.
