Rickie Haywood-Williams is a MTV presenter, he also presents The Hook-Up on Myspace. He has presented the breakfast show on Kiss 100 every weekday morning. He has previously worked for BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1Xtra. Rickie also organises and hosts a regular club night with a company that he set up with friends from University called Ment2Excel. He is also one of the founders of the video blogging website Welcome to 21.

I have been thinking about taking up presenting. I want to give it a go but i don’t know where to start looking. My dream would be an mtv presenter but how are they selected? Any help appreciated !
