Expo 2008 was an international exposition held from 14 June to 14 September 2008, held in Zaragoza it was a great challenge for the City. It was coordinated by the Bureau of International Expositions, the organization that is responsible for sanctioning World’s Fairs, with the topic of “Water and sustainable development”. The event was placed in a meander of the river Ebro.
I visited it few nights when I was in Zaragoza during my Christmas holiday, so last nights I decided to the camera with me and photograph the parking area.
I photographed the deserted views from the parking, places that were plenty of people before. It seemed like nothing was going on there anymore. A wooden pallet instead cars, buses and visitors.
