
A photo shoot for the French Embassy.
A Tasting of French products was hold last week at the French Ambassador’s Residence. Organized by The Trade Department of the French Embassy, it was an opportunity to meet over 20 French producers of selected specialty foods and to try their different products (Goose and duck prepared products, pâtés, terrines, rillettes, cured hams and sausages, Mediterranean dips and spreads, chocolate, honey, biscuits and tea…)

A conference was hold in the morning, which presentations from speakers such as William Hamelin, President of the French Culinary Association in the UK and Julien Zigliara, Export Director for Bonne Maman biscuits in the UK.
